Mbeke Ferments was born from my own health journey. After years of struggling with low immunity and recurring H. pylori infections, I discovered that the missing piece wasn't another quick fix—it was healing my gut and reducing inflammation.
As I learned more about probiotics, nutrition, and fermented foods, my health began to improve. I also discovered that many lifestyle conditions, including high blood pressure, can often be improved through healthy eating, fasting, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
I started making probiotics for family and friends, and the results spoke for themselves. People kept coming back because they worked, and soon I was making probiotics full-time. That's how Mbeke Ferments was born.
